I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the charm of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Marco, the manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, which made a significant difference. However, while the overall service was excellent, I felt there were a few areas that could use some improvement to make the experience truly exceptional.
